The Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop – Cagayan de Oro Branches have celebrated its of being established in this City of Golden Friendship in the month of July this year. After 22 years of doing business in this city, the pawnshop have not yet expanded its operation and until this time it is still operating five (5) in this bustling city which is the Gateway to the Land of Promise. Its branches are located in some strategic areas of the city, the Main Branch is at Capistrano corner Cruz Sts., on branch at Ipil St., Carmen Market Site, two branches in Cogon Area, one at J.R. Borja St. (near the corner of Daumar St. and another branch near the Cogon Market along Osmena Blvd.) (at the back side of Rose Pharmacy) and another branch at Lim Ket Kai Commercial
Center (in front of the East concourse parking area).
During the past 16 years, the Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshops have sponsored the same number of free medical and dental outreach missions which have benefited at total of 13,343 residents of which 12,127 are free
medical examinations and medicines and another 1,216 tooth extraction with free medicines.
This year’s free medical and dental outreach mission at Barangay Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City was able to serve only 607 of which 562 medical cases and 45 are tooth extractions.
The management of FELY’S JEWELRY AND PAWNSHOP – Cagayan de Oro Branches could not thank enough the personnel of the City Health Office of Cagayan de Oro who for the past 16 years had also been with us in this worthy civic endeavor. For this year’s outreach mission we give our special thanks to the medical team of doctors; Dr. Rfren G. Celeste, MD, Dr. Fahad Y. Macadatu, MD, Dr. Ma. Alteta Santos, MD, Dr. Amera S. Sani-Racman, MD, and Dr, Claire Azcuna-Paglinawan, MD and Dr. Rene Von V. Cuachon. We also give thanks to the dentists who have help us in this year outreach mission; Dr. William Padilla, DMD, Dr. Florian Olarita, DMD, Dr. Shera Lou Bomediano, DMD and Dr. Raul Notarte, DMD. Likewise our thanks is extended to all the nurses, pharmacist, dental aides and other Cagayan de Oro Health Staff who have help make this year’s outreach mission a success. We are also grateful to the Barangay Officials of Barangay Lumbia particularly Barangay Kagawad Gilbert Zamora, the Barangay Health Workers and Barangay Volunteers for their assistance and utmost cooperation.
Aside from these yearly Free Medical and Dental Outreach Mission sponsored by the FELY’S JEWELRY
AND PAWNSHOP in cooperation with the City Health Office of Cagayan de Oro, we have also have conducted “Operation Contra-Bitok” (de-worming of schoolchildren from selected elementary schools of the city) and the “Operation Dengue Buster” (fumigation of dengue prevalent area of the city during the dengue outbreak).
