You can check out our branch operating hours in the branch locator of this website. Our branches are open at 8:00am to 5:00pm from Mondays to Saturdays, Mondays to Sundays/holidays on selected functions. Some branches, particularly the CDO branches are open from 9:00am to 6:00pm

You can pay the interest due on your pawn at any other branches of FJP but the new pawntickets for the said renewals will be given in a few days because it will come from the branch where the original pawn was made.
You can always redeem your pawn at any time during office/business hours as long as the pawn is not yet foreclosed or not yet subjected to auction proceedings. Foreclosed pawn could also be bought back even if is already auctioned if the pawner have signified before hand prior to auction that he/she will buy it back.
FJP have five (5) branches in Cagayan de Oro; four (4) branches in Ozamiz City; three (3) branches in Pagadian City; two (2) branches in Oroquieta City; two (2) branches in Tagbilaran City (Bohol); and a branch at Tubod, Maranding, Lala, Kapatagan in Lanao del Norte and a branch in Molave, Zamboanga del Sur.
FJP will not foreclose or sell your pawn at public auction for as long as six (6) to seven (7) months from the date of pawning.
FJP will sell or display for sale the foreclosed pawn at the branch where they are foreclosed. This is to give more chances for the pawner or relatives of the pawner to buy back the items which were foreclosed or auctioned at the said branch.
