This outreach mission was able to serve 125 medical patients.
The Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop – Tubod Branch which was established in this capitol town of Lanao del Norte on July 18, 2005 have once again conducted its 12th Medical Outreach Mission in coordination with the Municipal Health Office of Tubod on August 14, 2017 at Barangay Taden this municipality. The branch have not failed to conduct a medical outreach missions in all of the 12 years of its existence in this town and have served a total of 2,998 patients (,2,928 are medical cases and 70 are dental cases) of the following barangays which are to wit;

The recipient barangay for this year’s outreach mission is Barangay Taden, Tubod, Lanao del Norte. It is located at approximately 40 kilometers from the town proper. The usual means of transportation to the town proper is the “habal-habal” for public conveyance with a fare of P40.00 more or less. Some residents who are well-off have their own motorcycle or a four wheeled vehicle for their transportation. The barangay residents’ main source of livelihood is through farming with coconut, banana and corn as the main product. Barangay Taden is under the leadership of the able Barangay Chairwoman Florinda Molina Baruman who took time-out from her precious time just to help make this outreach mission a success.
This year’s outreach mission could not have been made possible without the usual services of the amiable Dr. Filipina C. Camins, MD,(Municipal Health Officer of Tubod) and with the presence of the ever reliable Mrs. Judelyn V. Pepito (Midwife III) who is retiring this year.
The Management of Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop – Tubod Branch would like to extend its gratitude to the Municipal Health Office Staff headed by Dr. Filipina C. Camins, MD for their continued cooperation in all this noble civic endeavor. We also give our thanks to the residents of Barangay Taden headed by Barangay Chairwoman Florinda M. Baruman together with her barangay officials and barangay workers for their support, cooperation and hospitality.
