The Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop – Oroquieta Branch was first established in the City of Oroquieta on October 18, 2000, and now after engaging in the competitive business of pawnbroking in this progressive city of Oroquieta, we now have two branches operating in this city. The original is still located along Enerio St. and the second branch is located along Barrientos St. near the Public Market of this City. Though anniversary celebration of the Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop – Oroquieta Branches was yet last October 18, the planned yearly Free Medical and Dental Outreach Mission was held on a later date because our first plan was to coordinate with the Oroquieta City Health Office for a schedule of their choice. Yet it seems that the Oroquieta City Health Office is not very enthusiastic about the plan and made us wait for a long time that is why we decided to do it somewhere else at other Health Office who appreciate what we are doing and enthusiastic to partner with us in this worthy civic endeavor. On our first communication with the Municipality of Aloran LGU through its Municipal Health Unit, we right away got a positive reply. So the outreach mission was scheduled to be held at Barangay Conat, Aloran, Misamis Occidental which is well within the area of operation of Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop – Oroquieta Branches.

In the list above, there were seven barangays outside the City of Oroquieta where the Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop have conducted outreach mission; 4 were in the municipality of Aloran which are Barangay Poblacion Aloran, Barangay Pelong, Barangay Conat and Barangay Lumbayao. Outreach Missions were also conducted at the Municipality of Lopez Jaena in Barangay Puntod, Mansabay Bajo and the farthest was in Barangay Macalibre Alto.

The management of Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop would like to extends thanks to the personnel of the Municipal Health office of Aloran headed by Dr. March Nuel T. Chiongson M.D and also to the Dental Team headed by Dr. Vivien Guantero DMD and also to the Barangay Officials and Barangay Workers of Barangay Conat Headed by Barangay Chairman Rudimie Podiotan.
