The traditional Christmas Party for all FELY’S JEWELRY AND PAWNSHOP EMPLOYEES AND SECURITY PERSONNEL was again held for the year 2017. But this time unlike the previous years the Christmas Party was held separately for both Ozamiz Cluster and Cagayan de Oro cluster of Pawnshops due to the distance between both cluster and the transportation expense and time spent if one of the cluster’s Christmas Party will be merged with the other cluster.
So much so, doing the Christmas party on different dates will give time for the management staff to attend to the party for previous years because of some pressing matters he has to attend to abroad.
For the Ozamis Cluster, it was on December 10, 2017, at Alona Dreamland Beach Resort at Jimenez, Misamis Occidental while the Christmas Party of the Cagayan de Oro cluster was held at a yet to be developed beach resort at Gitagum, Misamis Oriental.
During the Christmas Party, aside from the Christmas Cash Gift given in behalf of the proprietor, a Certificate of Recognition and Service Ring (made especially for each by Suarez Ring Company of Cebu) were given to the Pawnshop Personnel who have served the pawnshop for more than 15 years. A cash award was also given to the Employee of the Year per cluster and another award for exemplary efforts of some pawnshop employees.
