Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop celebrates the most joyful time of the year by sharing cheers and laughter on its 2018’s Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop Christmas Party held at Alona’s Dreamland Beach Resort, Jimenez, last December 16, 2018.
During the event, group presentation and activities were conducted to strengthen employee teamwork and camaraderie. It is also found that this time is the best time to recognize deserving individual and team efforts by way of recognition and compensation. Thus, Certificate of Recognition and service rings were given to employees for those who have completed ten, fifteen, and twenty years of continuous and dedicated service to the company. Also, a raffle event was made, giving all employees and security personnel a surprised gift as a consolation and four employees received the grand raffle prizes. Generally, the event was full of employee activities, prizes, and rewards – realizing the company’s objectives of the event to develop the welfare and happiness of all the employees.
Also, this year’s exemplary celebration was made special with the presence of Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop’s dear proprietor, Mr. Norris Chin Oculam, and his niece, Mrs. Frulen T. Mañalac, giving each employee the opportunity to extend their warm greetings of Merry Christmas by having surprise presentations.
Mr. Norris Chin Oculam talks about the company’s eminence and plans with the employees, the year’s operational status and gave a surprise gift in his message to all employees, thus, making all employees awe.
The event was celebrated with all of the Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop employees and security personnel from Cagayan de Oro City with 5 branches, Ozamiz City with 4 branches, Pagadian City with 3 branches, Oroquieta City with 2 branches and Molave and Tubod with 1 branch. Thus, Sending the warm greetings of Merry Christmas to each other.
