Abaka sector headed by Dr. Arnold Cagulada continues to distribute relief goods such as the Premium rice Donated by Mr. Norris C. Oculam, Chairman of ABAKA and the Proprietor of Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop. As he donated 60 sacks of Premium Rice, The Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop together with the Abaka members and volunteers showing off their helping hands as they become united, to repack the rice and deliver it to the residence in the affected area of Typhoon Odette.
