This year 2023, Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop celebrates its 42nd anniversary, and it made us a very special anniversary celebration for the comeback of medical and dental mission program in the City of Ozamiz. From 2020 to 2022, we are not allowed to conduct an outreach program due to strict protocol during the battle of the COVID 19 pandemic. But now, thanks to our City Mayor Atty. Henry F. Oaminal Jr., for giving us his permission to conduct our first comeback anniversary community activities here in Ozamiz City, such as Medical & Dental Mission, a benefiting barangay in Labo and a neighboring barangay.
Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop-Ozamiz branch, established in the year 1981, marks its 42nd year of operation in the Ozamiz City. In as many years of its existence in the City of Ozamiz. The Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop-Ozamiz branch conducted its first FREE MEDICAL AND DENTAL OUTREACH MISSION in the year 1997.
For this year, a total of 219 outreach patients were served, 191 for medical patients and 28 dental patients in Brgy. Labo outreach mission.
The management of Felys Jewelry and Pawnshop would like to extend thanks to the personnel of the City Health Office of Ozamiz headed by Dr. Maria Florelyn Irog-irog, M.D and also to the dental team headed by Dr. Jojie Demecillo, DMD and Dr. Teresita Yap, MD and the nurses who assist the doctors and are assigned to the dispensing area. And also, the barangay official of Labo headed by Brgy. Captain Mr. Bernie Agustin, BHW’s and also to Barangay Nutritionist Scholar to make this outreach program organized and successful.
