FELY’S JEWELRY & PAWNSHOP – OZAMIZ BRANCHES – 44th Free Medical and Dental Outreach Mission, Brgy. Carangan, June 27, 2025.

The Ozamiz branches of Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop proudly celebrated their 44th anniversary by hosting a Free Medical and Dental Outreach Mission for the residents of Barangay Carangan on June 27, 2025. Held annually, this outreach program reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to acting as a “Responsible Community Partner.”

With licensed doctors on-site, the mission delivered free medical consultations, dental treatments, and prescribed medications, serving a total of 320 medical patients and 38 dental patients. The majority of those assisted were senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and individuals from low-income households.

This yearly outreach effort is part of Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop’s ongoing commitment to community service, a tradition that began decades ago. Since its inception in 1997, the program has benefited countless families, offering much-needed medical attention and easing the burden of healthcare expenses.

This initiative would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of the Asenso Ozamiz City Health Office, including administrative staff, nurses, doctors, and pharmacists. Special recognition goes to: Ms. Shimie C. Quinmon, RN Ms. Jojiem B. Daloyoc, RN Mr. Alvin F. Aying, RN Ms. Karlizle Aubree C. Tumanda, RPh Dr. Victor R. Alinas Jr. Dr. Teresita Yap Dr. Jojie Demicillo

Special thanks also go to the Barangay Health Workers of Carangan, led by Barangay Captain Hon. Reynan C. Decena, whose hands-on support helped ensure the event ran smoothly and effectively.

The success of this outreach mission was made possible through strong collaboration between local government units and healthcare professionals. Our coordinated efforts helped deliver much-needed care to members of the community who often lack access to basic health services. Sincere appreciation goes to the customers and loyal patrons of Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop, whose continued support plays a key role in making programs like this possible year after year.
