Who are the Platinum or Gold Card Member of FJPS?

The Platinum or Gold Card Members of the Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop are the pawnshop’s valued customers who have accumulated the required points by pawning with any branches of the FJPS. Every pawn/renewal made by the valued customer will earn points. As club members, they are entitled to the unique privileges offered/given to members only and to avail of the special gifts of their choice if the points they have accumulated warrants.

How to be a Platinum or Gold Card Member?

Any customer of the Fely’s Jewelry and Pawnshop could be a Platinum or Gold Card Member after they have accumulated the required number of points through pawning and renewals of their old pawns.

What is the difference between the Platinum and Gold Card member?

A Platinum Card member must accumulate at least a considerable amount and quantity of pawning and renewals while Gold Card member must have accumulated at least 50 percent of the amount and quantity of the minimum pawn for Platinum. The amount and quantity of pawn required will be based on the FJPS AVERAGE amount and quantity of pawns and renewal of a regular customer.

What is the pawn value of a pawn per peso?

For every P1,000 worth of pawn, it is entitled to 8 (eight) points.

Are there any other means to earn more points?

Platinum and Gold card members could still earn more points aside from their own pawn or renewal transactions by bringing-in new customer who are yet Non-members. Additional points that could be earned from the pawn of the new customers will be computed as per number “4” above. The new customer will then start in his own right to accumulate his own points.

Are Membership or Points Earned transferable?

Membership in the Platinum or Gold Card Club of the FJPS and the points earned therein are non-transferable. Only the registered member can enjoy the benefits and privileges offered by the FJPS. Points earned by a member could not be transferred or added to the points earned by another member in order to avail or reach the points required to redeem a certain give-away.

For how long will the cardholder stay as Platinum or Gold Card Club member?

The moment a customer’s transaction reaches the amount required, he/she will automatically be issued a temporary membership card if he/she is not yet a member or upgraded to Platinum status if he/she is a Gold Card holder. An evaluation is done at the end of the year to determine a pawner’s status as far as his/her club membership is concerned.

How to use points earned to obtain the valuable give-aways?

For members who happen to be in Ozamiz City or Cagayan de Oro City, they can go directly to the main branch where the VIP Lounge is located. The members can choose directly from among the displayed give-aways that also have its points value tag. If the points earned by the member is not enough for the points value tag of the chosen item, he/she can just add the remaining value in our currency’s ratio. For members who are customers of branches far from the branch with VIP Lounge, they can simply choose from the catalogue of the give-aways in that branch who will then inform the main office of the chosen item. The main office will then send the item through courier or forwarder.

Could the unused points still be used for the next year?

Yes, as long as he or she remains an active gold/platinum club member.

Can a member avail of the Promos occasionally offered by the pawnshop and still earn points for his/her pawn or renewal?

A member must choose between availing of the offered promo or add the corresponding points of his/her pawn to the accumulated points.

What other benefits could a member avail?
